Our Services
Services | Dr. Minnich & his staff fits all types of glasses prescriptions and contact lenses - including gas permeable, disposable, colored, astigmatic, bifocal, and extended wear contacts.
Dr. Minnich refers and co-manages refractive surgery (i.e. LASIK)and cataract surgery patients.
Dr. Minnich also offers the treatment & management of all types of eye disease, including injuries, to assist each patient.

Types of Payment Accepted | We accept cash, personal checks, American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover®.

Insurance Plans | We participate with VSP  , Medicare, and Medicaid. EyeMed, Anthem, Medicare Advantage Plans (i.e. Humana, Unicare, AARP, Anthem, etc), Physicians Health Plan, Wausau/Fiserv Plans, and we file with other insurance carriers as well.

Facilities and Equipment | Digital Retinal Imaging, Automated Visual Field Perimetry, Pachymetry, and Anterior Segment Digital Photography.
